* The Service Consultant will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and sales support duties associated with supporting field sales representatives within Contract Sales that includes but not limited to maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues, inventory/replenishment, attending vendor events, order entry, customer training and troubleshooting customer service requests from clients.
* Respond to account service needs which cannot be resolved over the telephone and do not constitute the core selling responsibilities of the Field Sales rep.
