THESE SERVICES ARE DESIGNATED TO KEEP PEOPLE OUT OF INSTITUTIONS AND ALLOW THEM TO LIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THESE SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY PROVIDED TO OVER 3,800 PARTICIPANTS IN COUNTIES THROUGHOUT PENNSLYVANIA
