Service Coordinator job description

• Manage the administrative new hire process including obtaining all appropriate new hire information and creating and maintaining orderly personnel files, per the employee file checklist.
• Ensure all field employees continue to meet the appropriate certifications and in-service requirements. Coordinate all appropriate re-certifications and necessary ongoing compliance requirements
• Manage all post-hire employee file processes, such as, but not limited to: I-9 & E-Verify completion, TB follow-up, employment authorizations, Bears data entry, and Workday updates including transfers, terminations, name changes, status changes, etc.
• Lead all field employee recognition and retention activities.
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate calls to onboarding, as needed.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree
• Minimum two (2) years experience in home care and/or human resources.
• A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)

Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, Foundation, this position is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a comprehensive stewardship program that involves the leadership team, board members, donors, and key volunteers. This position manages high-level activities in a multifaceted and fast paced environment, providing high-level administrative and project support. The incumbent works independently and collaboratively on special projects and ongoing strategies to grow the major gifts program
and support the overall strategic plan of Philanthropy Services and their fundraising efforts.

1. Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent skills, training and experience is required.

2. Two (2) years of experience in fundraising or an equivalent client-focused environment is required.

3. Experience in planning and executing meetings and both fundraising and cultivation events are required.

4. Prior experience with donor databases and prospect tracking systems is required. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge/CRM is preferred.

5. Advanced computer literacy with knowledge of word processing and database systems, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs are required.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, good mathematical skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy, deadline focused environment, along with a desire to efficiently improve standard work and processes are required.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial information is required.

8. Must be comfortable in a clinical setting, interacting with patients at various stages of care.

9. Creativity, curiosity, sense of humor, high energy level, and an enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individuals in a supportive teamwork environment are required.

10. Passion for the mission, flexibility, and willingness to work energetically to accomplish stated goals are preferred.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:


Qualified candidates will be retail leaders who possess 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in attracting, developing and motivating top talent in a dynamic, ever-changing environment-leading associates through the change curve while developing collaborative relationships. Additional requirements include:
Demonstrated success in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses A proven ability to monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive culture and execute merchandising directives Proficiency with MS Office and Apple devices Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations The ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $21.60 / Hour with the opportunity to earn additional compensation pursuant with the Company's bonus plan.
