* Direct supervision of two or more full time employees
* In accordance with company policies and procedures oversees processing of accounting support functions including: collections, billing, verifications and payments of invoices, petty cash
* Assigns processing orders and controls storage inventory
* Coordinates the completion and filing of various forms and reports; verifies accuracy
* Administers local HR processes as applicable
* Collaborates and supports all other departments within the business unit
* Reviews time cards and administers corporate payroll policies and procedures
* Facilitates vendor coordination and supervision
* Pulls monthly reports for key performance indicators
* Trains staff in processes and procedures
* Processes expense reports and tracks Capital Expenditure Authorizations
* Conducts Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Audits
* Assists Associates in ensuring all documentation is SOX compliant
* Maintains vehicle records and licenses
* Updates General Price Lists and approves contracts as necessary
* Manages Alarm Systems including codes, working order, etc.
* Monitors document retention policies and disposes of expired documents in a secure manner
* Prepares customer statements
* Provides a collaborative, productive workplace environment for associate growth and development that instills pride, a sense of ownership, and the challenge to associates to exceed expectations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school preferred
Experience
* 5 years of administrative management experience with a strong customer service focus
* 3 years bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and Accounts Payable experience
* MS Project management and database software experience or equivalent

What You Will Do
* Utilize physical strength to lift, push, pull, and maintain equipment and tools
* Working at different heights, with potential tasks performed in standing, sitting, lying down, crouched, or kneeling positions.
* Perform monthly vibration routes
* Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance problems, new equipment, and project inspection/commissioning.
* Developing and implementing plans to improve reliability based on findings from investigations
* Determining the appropriate corrective actions for each situation, such as replacing equipment or implementing new safety procedures
* Need to be available for call outs as needed
* Analyze and identify potential causes of equipment failure to prevent future problems
* Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, moving between different levels, lifting objects up to 50 lbs. from ground level, manually transporting loads up to 75 lbs., and applying up to 100-foot pounds of torque
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in vibration monitoring, calibration, and using precision alignment tools for vibration analysis
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience using a computerized maintenance management system such as MOE, MP2
* Experience utilizing computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
* Degree in engineering, maintenance, or related field
* Certificate of Level 1 or Level 2 Vibration Analysis
* Prior Gypsum experience

The maintenance team helps ensure the successful operation of the facility by resolving mechanical and electrical issues, recommending alternative repairs and equipment upgrades, identifying quality concerns, setting equipment in a precision state, and understanding the production threshold of the equipment.
Position: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
What You Will Do In Your Role
* Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and circuits
* Install and align new equipment
* Perform periodic proactive asset strategies, such as maintenance routes, preventative maintenance, and other tasks to improve reliability and uptime
* Install and repair mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, belts, and couplings
* Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems, control devices, hydraulic equipment, circuits, and components
* Perform daily preventative maintenance routes
* Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs including labor hours and critical preventive maintenance findings
* Work with the operations and maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
* Help meet or exceed production and quality goals while optimizing equipment to reduce waste
* Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participating in the safety program
* Assist in the development and implementation of reliability/ precision centered maintenance strategies
* Use pipefitting skills to weld, cut, fit and install piping throughout the facility
* Apply problem solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failure
* Work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
* Two (2) years of electrical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment
* Two (2) years of experience with installation, calibration, fabrication, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
* Experience utilizing and interpreting electrical schematics & mechanical drawings.
* Six (6) month's experience with:
* Single and 3-phase electrical repair and troubleshooting up to 480 Volts
* Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatics systems
* Troubleshooting issues and making repairs on bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyor
* Precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, and pumps
* Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating electrical/mechanical instrumentation
What Will Put You Ahead:
* Two (2) year degree on Industrial Maintenance Technology
* Experience with PLCs (RSLogix 5000)
* Experience with VFDs (Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toshiba)
* Experience using a cutting torch and welding with arc welder and fabrication
