Reports to: Store Managers, Supervisors, and Home Office team
Principle Duties:
* Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner.
* Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and be highly responsive to needs and requests.
* Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way.
* Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly.
* Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
* Accomplish all work assignments with excellence.
* Wrap and stock desserts and supplies. Includes cutting any necessary product and icing cupcakes.
* Assume responsibilities of any station you have been assigned to.
