Acts as Roving Crew Supervisor in his/her absence. Assisting in the planning, directing, and coordinating activities of Roving Crew performing construction projects involving grading, drainage, utility installation, maintenance, roadways, parking lots, facilities, trails, etc. Constructing projects consistent with plans developed by internal and/or external design professionals.
