You will have the opportunity to review AAA Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) submitted as a result of the CAPE review findings and work directly with the AAA to provide assistance and recommendations.

Tasks:
* Provide fantastic service over the phone
* Use your computer skills to:
* Research requests related to profile assistance
* Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders
* Assist with car warranties
* Escalate critical orders
* Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
