Duties and Responsibilities is fully remote in that you must be able to travel 100% of the time to the job site. Must be fully qualified and capable of working directly with project management to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work needed to complete projects in a timely manner. Must be capable of performing all duties associated with the crew lead position and in addition. Must be able to self-prepare for all scopes of electrical work needed by evaluating pictures from site assessment and communicating directly with the project management and design team about any necessary changes or improvements to the electrical plan set. These changes must be documented and sent to the project management team. Must maintain tools and materials needed to “adapt and overcome” any challenges in the field including utility shutdowns. Must be capable of communicating at a high level with city inspectors.
