Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you MUST:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install electrical elements.
Display excellent customer service; assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options.
Sustain proper supply, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the truck.
Travel to job sites within the service area, and maintain your parts, as well as communication with dispatchers, your manager, and installation teams to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly conveyed to the customer.
Properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures for the financial decision at the beginning and end of the job.
Have and maintain a good driving and background record.

Be knowledgeable of, or have the willingness to learn to operate, an iPad.

Primarily responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveying systems/types of industrial equipment for poultry processing plant. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance using blueprints and diagrams to verify that all equipment is operating within required specifications and tolerances. May perform periodic testing and inspections, troubleshooting and repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Under general supervision, repair and perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery (i.e. mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveying systems, etc) using blueprint and schematic drawings to ensure equipment is performing safely to required specifications
Identify root cause of basic mechanical issues and performs repairs by welding, fabricating parts, basic pipefitting or replacing defective component; notify appropriate personnel if further attention is required
Identify unsafe conditions and corrects; reports to appropriate personnel if unable to correct on own
Assist with maintaining a file of blueprints and operating manuals and procedures as needed

Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components
Complete jobs according to code and safety regulations (NEC & local codes)
Educate homeowners on recommended safety upgrades, repairs, and options
Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
Accurately complete job-related paperwork and communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads
Work closely with apprentices, offering guidance and support when needed
Represent Bardi with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude
Follow all safety protocols and use PPE correctly at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong knowledge of NEC and Georgia residential code
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
