Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all things residential including sales and installations of EV chargers, hot tubs and other electrical services and products. This role will handle installation and wiring repair calls, service upgrades, service replacements, and lighting jobs. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supervising and training apprentices on the job.

Responsibilities:
Offer consultative services to clients, identifying and solving electrical issues while recommending suitable upgrades or improvements
Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
Estimate project costs and timelines with a focus on meeting client expectations and maximizing sales opportunities
Perform work in compliance with current National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations
Maintain accurate digital records /pictures of work performed and materials used
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school preferred
4 or more years experience in the electrical trade
Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Persuasive communication skills to influence client decisions and promote additional services
Must possess a valid driver's license and live in the Greater St. Louis area

Home Energy System Mastery: Dive into the installation, wiring, and integration of advanced residential battery storage systems, including Tesla Powerwall, Enphase Encharge, Generac PWRcell, and custom setups.
AC Integration Expertise: Expertly manage AC electrical work related to battery and solar system tie-ins, including inverter wiring, load management devices, and system commissioning.
Comprehensive Electrical Solutions: Provide a full spectrum of residential electrical services, including new construction and remodel wiring, service upgrades and replacements, lighting installations, appliance wiring, and expert troubleshooting of general electrical issues.
Advanced Diagnostics and Problem-Solving: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve complex AC/DC electrical challenges within both cutting-edge residential energy systems and traditional residential electrical setups.

What We Need From You:
