Training begins on first shift for two weeks, then transitions to second shift, with full integration expected within 45-60 days. The starting hourly pay for this position is $42.92. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Maintain Equipment & Amplify PLC Knowledge - Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair high-speed production machinery, focusing on programmable logic controllers. Analyze Conditions & Provide Solutions - Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and repair electrical and mechanical systems using PLC programming. Drive Innovation & Communication - Identify efficiency improvements, seek cost-saving opportunities, and maintain open communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.
