During the first 90 days you will be required to learn how to install Tesla Powerwall coupled with Enphase solar systems.
We will be looking to you to run your own crew with a helper installing power walls and solar systems. By the end of the 90 days, you will be required to take a proficiency test. This test will include you installing a complete battery and solar system without the help of the lead electrician at Good Faith Energy.
You must pass this test to be a lead electrician for Good Faith Energy.
We will provide you with all the on-the-job training as well as classroom materials to advance your knowledge of the systems you will be installing.

Job Description: Licensed Electrician
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical applications in accordance with the State of Texas Building Codes.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Licensed Electrician will inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit, moving, and lifting heavy objects, and crawling through small spaces such as attics.
- Willing to learn our system
Qualifications:
-Must possess a Master, Journeyman or Wireman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation
-1 year minimum of residential electrical experience required
-Clean driving record and current valid driver s license
-Ability to pass a drug test and background check required

Physical and Mental Requirements
Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels
Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet

To complete inspections and repair of electrical equipment including rides and other park facilities.

Repair electrical and electronic equipment
Analyze equipment malfunctions to determine cause and corrective action
Access all areas of ride structures for inspections and maintenance
Install adequate temporary and/or permanent power for events and festivals throughout the season
Assist with various electrical needs for new construction and remodeling projects as assigned
Climb stairs or ladders to heights over 50ft while carrying tools and equipment and be able to use them
Maintain positive interaction with other employees and guests

Qualifications:
State Journeyman's license preferred
Theme park ride experience a plus
Must be experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment using PLC, and relays
Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in extreme heat/cold and sun
Able to carry tools and lift at least 50lbs
Must be comfortable working at heights over 50ft
Must be able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
