Join Freedom Forever as a Journeyman Electrician - Service, where you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential solar systems. You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure top performance and safety across our installed systems. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair PV systems, inverters, and electrical components
Perform re-roofs, roof repairs, and drywall work as needed
Install and commission solar hardware and monitoring systems
Troubleshoot arc faults, isolation faults, and inverter issues
Replace faulty optimizers, microinverters, and monitoring equipment
Work with electrical panels, subpanels, and conduit

Position Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
System Installation
Lead the installation of low-voltage systems, from rough-in, through trim, into final installation.
Ensure all phases of work meet design specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary on-site contact for project progress, technical issues, and quality assurance.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Field Technicians to ensure team success.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the installation and testing phases.
Project Collaboration
Cooperate with the Project Manager/Coordinator and other stakeholders to plan work schedules, material delivery, and project milestones.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager/Coordinator.

Documentation and Reporting
