Responsibilities:
Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
Manage material per job to ensure that teams have the correct material and that material check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.

Qualifications:
Master Electrician license/certification
Journeyman license required
4+ years of Licensed Electrician experience (required)

Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly stored and in good working condition.
Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance supplies, ordering/purchasing as needed with approval from the Director of Operations.
Exceed high standards of cleanliness and organization of assigned maintenance areas.
Follow and comply with all safety protocols, work rules, trainings and regulations, to include providing guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices.
Proficient knowledge to understand and appropriately use OSHA lock out/tag out requirements and other applicable requirements.
Perform inspections of safety emergency equipment, such as, but not limited to, fire suppression equipment, to ensure proper operability.
Survey facilities/equipment and perform routine inspections as required.
Contribute and support with new store set-up and store refreshes of all Stein locations when needed.
Complete other special projects as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
Associate degree, related technical certifications or apprenticeship or high school diploma/equivalent with minimum of three years related experience.
Proficient experience and knowledge working with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance, including the knowledge and use of required tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Shift: 6pm - 6am on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend)
What You'll Do:
As an Electromechanical Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. You'll work with both mechanical and electrical systems across high-speed stamping presses, cold forming machines, and automated equipment in a dynamic production environment.
Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Diagnose and resolve issues using technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
Support process improvements and participate in ongoing training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (GED Works program eligible)
Basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude.
Ability to use basic math skills.
Ability to read and understand and follow operating and maintenance instructions.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well with other employees.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
Familiarity with AC/DC motors, HVAC, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to keep learning
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing and walking
Occasional sitting, reaching, forceful motion, and lifting up to 60 lbs
Minimal climbing and lifting over 100 lbs
