What your day-to-day will look like:
* Lead maintenance and operations of advanced electrical and lighting systems across the facility
* Serve as the primary technical expert for electrical, life safety, and fire alarm systems
* Troubleshoot complex issues in medium-voltage distribution equipment and resolve system failures
* Ensure strict safety compliance with NFPA-70E standards and radiological safety protocols
* Drive operational excellence through proactive maintenance planning and problem-solving initiatives
* Utilize BAS/BMS and CMMS (Corrigo) systems for work order management and system monitoring
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and facility optimization
Required Qualifications:
* Master Electrician license or equivalent electrical certification required
* Extensive experience with medium-voltage electrical systems and distribution equipment necessary
* Strong understanding of NFPA-70E safety standards and OSHA-10 compliance requirements essential
* Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) required
* Demonstrated expertise in electrical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution mandatory
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration needed
* Ability to work in industrial environments with strict safety and security protocols required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in nuclear facilities or highly regulated industrial environments desired
* Knowledge of radiological safety protocols and nuclear industry standards preferred
* Familiarity with Corrigo CMMS platform and advanced building management systems beneficial
* Background in life safety and fire alarm system maintenance and testing advantageous
* Project management experience for electrical system upgrades and installations valued
* Additional electrical certifications or specialized training in industrial electrical systems welcomed
