The Tax Credit Specialist has primary responsibility for leasing, marketing and all related property management functions to maintain compliance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program regulations at assigned LSS owned or managed LIHTC projects. This is a highly independent role and requires the property manager to be onsite daily. Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. Assumes primary and direct responsibility for managing tenant and stakeholder issues and concerns related to the property, tenant relations, marketing, etc. Works independently and with supervisory staff to address concerns in a consistent and timely manner.
