Overview
Acts as subject matter expert in areas including but not limited to eligibility, pricing, and regulatory issues, workflows, and automated systems. Responsibilities
Acts as a coverage and technical resource for underwriting personnel in the region. Creates training & educational materials for new and existing Client Services' underwriting personnel. Provides and coordinates training to ensure thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines, issues, and controls.
Focal point for resolving all account review issues, Compliance reviews, and assists Supervisors in handling escalations with agency partners and insureds.
Coordinates to assure that renewal QA is completed for Client Service Underwriters, conducts specific file QA's, responsible to complete roll up of Client Services' QA results on a monthly basis identifying trends by LOB, SBU and individual; Develops action plans for issues identified and collaborating with Supervisors to conduct refresher training.
Examines legal and regulatory information and decisions to keep underwriting personnel and management informed of any underwriting developments. Acts as liaison between regional underwriting management, SBU, BSU, Operations Optimization & Compliance to resolve system problems, form issues, rating issues, and workflow changes/enhancements. May represent Client Services underwriting on committees.
Audits underwriting policies or procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Acts as main contact for Client Services for Underwriting training with Small Business Unit (SBU) and LOBs.
Represents company in a highly professional manner and provides knowledgeable and exemplary service to the company in an underwriting capacity.

Job Description
Line Mechanic D:
What You'll Do:
Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, removal and competently inspect underground facilities, conductors, fixtures, structures and other associated equipment on de-energized and grounded overhead and underground facilities under direct or immediate supervision.
Demonstrate the ability to competently perform ground person duties under immediate or direct supervision as skill level dictates.
Assist with loading, unloading, handling, maintaining, installing and removing poles, towers and structures.
After completion of D-100, or equivalent experience, the employee must demonstrate the ability to operate Company equipment (with exception of digger/derricks and aerial lift vehicles), climb poles, ladders and structures, and work on de-energized conductors and equipment.
Also, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts under direct supervision. After completion of D-200, or equivalent experience, operate digger/derrick and aerial devices, under immediate supervision as skill level dictates.
Also, under immediate supervision of a higher classification, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts.
Assemble and install Line Material and hardware under direct or immediate supervision
Use and store hand lines, tie knots and demonstrate a basic working knowledge with ropes and rigging equipment inspection and use.
Splice primary and secondary overhead wires using the proper tools, hardware and equipment (including crimping and compression tools).
After completion of D-200, or equivalent experience, under direct supervision, the employee may operate cutouts, line switches, reclosers, and other sectionalizing devices, refuse line and transformer devices.
During this time frame, the employee may progress from direct supervision to immediate and finally general supervision as skill level dictates.
After completion of D-300, or equivalent experience, test de-energized overhead lines and equipment install and remove personal protective grounds under immediate supervision.
Inspect and maintain tools, equipment and work area in a safe, clean and orderly fashion. Identify, inspect, use and maintain all classes of rubber gloves and sleeves (PIPE), and insulating blankets, hoses and covers (IPE). Inspect, maintain, organize, operate and stock company vehicles, equipment and tools. Perform housekeeping duties as assigned. Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
Safely execute pole top rescue and bucket truck rescue processes as training is completed5. Protect or control work area. Set and remove barricades, flags, signs, cones and associated equipment.
Maintain accurate records and submit accurate reports as required.
Correctly read and record information and registered readings on analog or digital Kilowatt-hour meters.
Complete Monthly Apprentice Cards and submit to local supervision for review.
Perform similar or less skilled work as assigned.

Job Purpose
This position will be joining the Facilities department within Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC's. The Facilities department is responsible for the building which includes new construction, remodels, utility management (electric, compressed air, natural gas, water), building maintenance, end of life equipment replacements and upgrades. The goal of the department is to create a facility that we are proud of and serve our customers.
Role Description:
Work on a team to perform facilities equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, and reporting, to maintain a high level of customer service in building, equipment, and utility operations. Continuously develop associate skills through Honda maintenance training program and find ways of introducing technologies and efficiency improvements.
Key Accountabilities
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and building controls). Perform daily assigned work order tasks and communicate any follow-up needed
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield. Suggest and revise preventative maintenance to properly maintain facilities equipment
Performs equipment failure analysis (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnose equipment problems.
Participate in a reliability centered maintenance program for equipment. Participate in team activities to develop and maintain long term equipment reliability. Support total equipment management through daily and proactive activities to improve operations, promoting business targets and objectives.
Provide mentorship and teambuilding through work habits, communication and the sharing of knowledge and expertise. Expand and maintain technical expertise through formal and on-the-job training opportunities. Support and engage in activities that drive new ideas, leveraging new technology, new methods and approaches to positively impact Honda's competitiveness.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Completion of 2 year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience
Minimum Experience Desired:
3 years of experience in a Facilities environment (industrial, or heavy commercial)
Will consider well qualified entry level candidate
Other Job-Specific Skills
Working knowledge of Facilities low and medium voltage electrical equipment (including substations, switches, cable, starters, Variable Frequency Drives, breakers, bus duct) and Building Management Systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment, such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Plumbing & Piping.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas
