Responsibilities Responsible for all basic cleaning Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience preferred Strong communication skills Reliable transportation to and from work sites Must be willing to work assigned hours Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

A day in the life: The Porter is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building and responds to special Building Management requests and work orders. This role is key to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Wipe down doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces Respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, or supporting special events Report any maintenance or safety issues to management Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition Follow all safety and cleaning protocols Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter. Strong communication skills. Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.

Part-time-Evenings- 8-10 hours per week. Job duties consist of mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of restrooms of businesses. Provide several nights of training and consistent coaching by a highly trained supervisor. * Prefer candidates live within 15 miles of Lancaster. * Must have reliable transportation. * Perfect for retirees, college students, or anyone wanting to supplement their income.
