Here's what you'll be doing:
From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership Greeting customers as they enter our service drive Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area Clean, organize service drive and assist service team as needed Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous duties

Here's what you'll need:
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards Positive attitude and high energy Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based.Be able to accommodate the physical requirements of the role: standing 6-8 hours per day and will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role will spend a majority of the time outdoors and be exposed to the elements.

An employment bonus of $3,000 is available for this position!

Subject to applicable taxes, the bonus is paid in two installments: one half after 90 days and one half after one year. Please note that current University of Vermont Health Network employees are excluded from eligibility for this bonus. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous full-time or part-time employment in an eligible position for one year with Porter Medical Center.

This position is eligible for full benefits including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 403(b), Life and Disability Insurances, and Paid Time-off.

Scheduled from 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM with every other weekend off. For weekends worked, this position is eligible for a weekend differential of $2.00 per hour, paid on top of any other applicable differentials.

Job Summary

The cook role is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the established seasonal cycle menus at Helen Porter Nursing and Rehabilitation. Under the direct supervision of the Lead Cook, and ultimately report to the Nutrition Services Manager, they are responsible for ensuring safety and sanitation of the kitchen as well as maintaining quality control standards and compliance with regulatory agencies and therapeutic diets. The cook is expected to work collaboratively as part of a team with the Nutrition Services Manager, staff dietitian, support staff, and other department team members as required.

Experience and Abilities

• Minimum of three years work experience in this position.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak the English langue.
• Demonstrates ability to provide leadership and adapt to change.
• Able to follow standardized recipes.
• Prepare foods in compliance with diet orders and correctly modify food textures and portion foods.
• Comply with requirements and standards established by regulatory agencies.

YOUR LIFE AS A CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE PORTER

This full-time automotive position typically works Monday - Saturday between the hours of 7 AM - 6 PM with a day off during the week .

As a Car Dealership Service Porter, you spend much of your time working outside in the lot, helping to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow and arranging the vehicles to best display our collection. You park customers' vehicles when they arrive and move vehicles between the service area and storage lot. The parking lot is like a Tetris game, with each vehicle needing a place to fit as they all have to be continually re-parked. Your skill and attention to detail make you a master at this challenge.

We depend on you to keep our vehicles and our customers' vehicles looking clean and beautiful. Always attentive to detail, you handle minor auto detailing and washing. As necessary, you also fuel the vehicles. Additionally, you make sure to keep the shop and showroom clean. You get great satisfaction from helping our car dealership thrive!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as standing for long periods of time
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening
