All aspects of transaction, from taking appointment to completing invoice and collecting from customer. * Assist fellow service office employees with managing schedule and workload. * Manage technician time and monitor repair progress for maximum efficiency. * Work with parts department by gathering information to complete repair estimates before updating customer for approval. * Work with outside vendors for sublet work needed on customer units. * Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.
