Brightspeed is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our team! As a Customer Service Technician, you will be performing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. You will also be maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas. In this important role you may be required to work varying shifts that include mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Any employee wishing to apply for another available position at Winona Health must submit an application for consideration through the internal application portal. Employees requesting to change positions should have successfully completed at least six (6) months in their current position. Employees currently in the formal disciplinary process may be required to meet with the Director of Human Resources to determine eligibility to request transfer. The employee's past performance, experience, training and qualifications will be considered in transfer/hiring decisions.
