Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Provide friendly, prompt service to every customer Assist in one or more departments: Bakery, Hot Deli, or Meat Counter Maintain clean, well-stocked displays and work areas Prepare, package, and label products to company standards Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to keep things running smoothly IF YOU HAVE Positive attitude and passion for great service Reliable and ready to learn - experience is great, but not required Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout your shift Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
