Description
The Client Performance Specialist supports the Client Relations Specialist & Operations by monitoring client performance metrics, identifying trends and risks, and partnering with Operations to drive remediation and continuous improvement. This role does not manage direct client relationships, but plays a critical role in protecting service levels, improving scorecard performance, and strengthening the firm's overall client experience.
This role suits those who spot gaps, analyze data, act on insights, and work across teams to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Review a defined set of clients daily to monitor SLA metrics, performance thresholds, and loans trending outside of SLA.
Identify emerging risks, recurring issues, and performance gaps before they escalate.
Analyze scorecard data, including document revision trends, timeline requirement metrics, and other performance indicators, across multiple states and potentially clients.
Recognize "gap items" where data, processes, or ownership may be missing or unclear.
Root Cause & Remediation Support
Partner closely with Operations and internal teams to perform root cause analysis on performance issues.
Partner in developing, implementing, and tracking remediation plans to bring metrics back within SLA.
Follow issues through to resolution, ensuring corrective actions are completed and effective.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying repeat drivers and systemic issues.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution
Work collaboratively with Client Relations Liaison, Specialists & Manager to share insights, trends, and risks impacting client portfolios.
Translate performance findings into clear, actionable information for internal teams.
Provide support for ad hoc performance evaluations, in-depth analyses, and specialized projects as required.

A day-in-the-life of a Service Advisor:
Service Advisors serve as the liaison between customers and the automotive technicians, properly informing and educating customers on repair and maintenance needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. They schedule, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience. In addition, they enter repair orders into service database system; produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates. Service Advisors also complete documentation of automotive problems and service needs by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, and examining service schedules while providing clear and consistent documentation within the digital vehicle inspection and the point of sale.
In this role, Service Advisors will also have the opportunity to:
* Prepare pricing estimates for labor and parts based on technician's notes and documentation, per business line predetermined matrix
* Utilize the consultative selling process to assist customers in recommending needed maintenance based on technician notes and recommendations to accommodate each customer's situation, vehicle age, mileage and history
* Communicate frequently with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.

The Item Exceptions Processing Specialist supports daily exception processing activities for both consumer and commercial banking operations. This role is responsible for handling transactional tasks such as return item processing, unposted item repair, and posted exception resolution for DDA and savings accounts. Additional duties include reviewing stop payment suspect reports, processing daily chargebacks, and managing death notification entries. This position is considered essential and requires on-site presence or secure VPN access during inclement weather or emergency situations to ensure continuity of operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process return items and unposted items, including unauthorized and Federal Reserve returns.
Handle chargeback items and follow special instructions for chargeback processing.
Review and return stop payment suspects as directed by branch instructions.
Balance general ledger (GL) accounts, including:
FED Returns Clearing GL
DDA/Savings Unposted GL
Special Handling GL
Review and correct ACH exception items by updating account numbers or types in Horizon XE.
Upload ACH Federal Reserve Notifications of Change (NOCs) into OnBase.
Verify company ID numbers and check for missing customer notices on all new stop payments.
Receive and process Stop Pay Release Forms with customer authorization signatures.
Review incoming Death Notification Entries (DNEs) in accordance with established procedures.
Audit the Duplicate Transaction Report to ensure duplicate or piggyback items are properly returned.
Assist branches and branch support with inquiries related to ACH, NOCs, ACH returns, reclamations, RIP/UIR, and teller outages.
Monitor customer Positive Pay accounts via the First Bank Positive Pay website; return or correct items after the 11:00 a.m. customer cutoff.
Maintain availability as an essential employee, with on-site or VPN access required during inclement weather or disaster scenarios per the Bank's BCP (Business Continuity Plan).
Log support tickets or contact vendors (e.g., FIS/Horizon, Charge-Back Manager, other financial institutions) as needed.
Complete all required annual compliance training courses.
Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act.
Uphold all levels of the Bank's Service Excellence standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
