As a Senior Customer Success Specialist GenAI within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) Customer Success Center of Excellence org, you will drive enterprise adoption and measurable customer business value realization for AWS generative AI services by developing and executing comprehensive customer success strategies. You will architect the frameworks, programs, and playbooks that enable AWS teams and partners to unlock value for customers through optimal adoption of AWS generative AI services. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and generative AI focused technical aptitude to create repeatable, scalable mechanisms, and assets, that transform how AWS and our partners deliver customer success.
You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of AWS's Generative AI services and relevant cross-functional areas to build strong relationships with field teams, and customers. By driving the adoption of Generative AI technologies, you will play a pivotal role in propelling AWS's revenue growth while helping customers stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. You exercise learn & be curious to articulate AWS' Gen AI strategy and the services we offer to accelerate adoption. Basic Qualifications

Essential Functions:
Communicate with customers by telephone or in-person to assess customer goals, provide information and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
Provide and advise customers on the local job market, employment services and resources, educational opportunities, and other available services to include resume development, application completion, interview techniques and proper dress attire.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
One year of relevant experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Position Summary:
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments is seeking an QX ServiceSpecialist to join our team! As the regional expert in our LCMS QX multiplexing systems, you'll provide critical field-based service and technical support for key customer accounts across your territory. This role is responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and customer support for high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry platforms. JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Install, repair, and maintain LCMS and LC instrumentation configured with QX multiplexing.

Provide basic customer training during install and post-install support.
Act as a troubleshooting expert for customer and internal escalations
Maintain service documentation and CRM updates daily.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This non-exempt, full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $97,000 to $99,000 annually, paid semi-monthly. As a non-exempt position, you will be eligible for overtime and double time pay, as outlined in our employee handbook. Eligible benefits include a 401K matching program and discretionary yearly contributions, with detailed information provided at the final interview stage.
In your first year, you will receive 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid personal days (or state sick leave in California/Puerto Rico), 8 scheduled holidays, and 3 floating holidays. After one year, you'll have access to a generous short-term disability program, with premiums fully covered by the company. Employees are insured at 100% of their salary for the first 6 weeks and 66 2/3% for weeks 7 to 12.
Additional variable compensation includes an incentive plan based on performance goals, paid semi-annually in April and October, along with a potential discretionary year-end bonus. The offer also includes a company car (with a $55 deduction for personal use) and a company phone, fully funded by the employer, which remains company property but can be used for personal calls.

· Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
· Performs other administrative duties from inserting, copying and photocopying to faxing as needed
**May possibly perform any of the following functions at the direction of the Site Manager:**
· Set up and maintain client's kitchen areas and conference rooms, order food and make coffee
· Provide reception work such as answering telephones, taking messages and greeting visitors
· Move boxes, supplies or furniture; replace light bulbs
· Document scanning
· Prepare outgoing items for shipping
· Due to changing technology in office automation, will be required to learn new features and functionalities of copying machines, faxes, scanning, shipping equipment as introduced at the site
· Additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High school Diploma or equivalent
+ 2-5 years' experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment
+ Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and other shipping procedures
+ Proficiency in computer skills preferred
+ Ability to perform routine and some complex functions of various equipment and systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying, etc.)
+ Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must
+ Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
+ Requires regular twisting/turning/squatting/bending/reaching/lifting and prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking.
+ May regularly lift and carry up to 20 lbs. and move (push mail cart) over 50 lbs
+ May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
+ Frequent use of hand and foot controls
+ May occasionally need to climb stairs

The Customer Care Unit Specialist specializes in daily operations of inbound contact center service efforts, answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, troubleshooting problems, and identifying opportunities to refer or sell additional products or services based on the customer needs. Other duties:
Assists customers with paying and receiving transactions as a virtual teller and processes consumer loan applications and new accounts via phone and internet
Provides timely and accurate information regarding bank services and resolves problems
Performs operational procedures and maintenance required to support the process of providing quality customer service
Looks for cross-sell opportunities by uncovering new and existing customer expansion opportunities and refers customers to appropriate bank area
