Duties: Stocking and organizing pantry shelves Unloading and processing of donations Assist with organizing furniture for thrift store Checking and logging food temperatures Qualifications Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University Must be eligible for Federal Work Study Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines Well organized, punctual, and reliable The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University Team-player mentality desire to serve/help in a nonprofit setting willingness to learn proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, basic math skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk around the pantry and thrift stores. Ability to bend/stoop to pick up items, and hang/place them in designated locations.
