Qualification and Skills:
Experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry
HUD and LIHTC Knowledge Required
Affordable housing program certifications such as COS, CPO, TCS, HCCP, etc. a plus
Proficiency with OneSite property management software
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

What will you do
The Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor is responsible for the proper coordination, execution, and follow-up of service jobs. Supervise and Schedule Day to day activities of technicians working with the Scheduler. Position Summary

Qualifications and Requirements
Master's degree in social work or advanced degree in a related field, preferably in social work, counseling, or related specialty (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC).
Advanced fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, is required (for direct communication with the children we serve and their caregivers, the majority of whom are Spanish speaking).
Licensure (or able to obtain licensure within six months of hire), SIFI certification, and experience supervising MSW interns
