* Supervises the personnel and workflow processes within Supply Chain Operations Clinical Support Services to include hiring, training, development, coaching and performance management.
* In collaboration with the Clinical Support Services Manager, responsible for overall supervision and performance of the l supply chain operations in non
* Surgical Procedural areas.
* Supports the achievement of Mayo Clinic objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals.
