Responsibilities:
The Fleet Mechanic position is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment as assigned.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all fleet vehicles within assigned Primo Water North America locations.
Respond to field service calls.
Order mechanical components, services and parts and maintain inventory.
Perform and document all phases of vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnostics.
Maintain communication with drivers and management regarding maintenance and service of vehicles and equipment.
Maintain a unit history file for each vehicle.
Qualifications:
Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
BlueTriton is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation

What you will do:

o All jobs should be completed, and the customer should be fully satisfied before a job is considered complete.
o In extreme circumstances when this is not achievable, please contact your manager before leaving an incomplete job or service.
· Forward any potential sales lead to Sales team, including appropriate contact information and potential sales opportunities.
· Maintain accurate documentation of all services, including detailed trip reports, services provided, accurate time allocation, customer information, and any follow-up required with the customer. and any follow-up required with the customer.
· Follow up with customers on services performed at their facility to ensure that they are nothing less than 100% satisfied and all their issues have been fully resolved.
o This follow-up should occur within a couple days from the service visit and documented on the job.
· Accurately complete all M1 paperwork for services provided both on-site and jobs performed in-house.
o Ensure that service-related jobs are completed correctly and ready to invoice.
o This includes production completing the job, confirming the correct price back to the customer, shipping the job at of M1 and ensuring that all paperwork is attached (signed confirmations, trip reports, job, picking slip, packing slip, et al.).
· Complete all in-house jobs properly and in a timely fashion.
o This includes jobs for inventory, jobs for order, customer repairs, or other tasks assigned by management.
· Check with inventory during idle time to see if there are assemblies, jobs, or repairs that need attention.
· All other service-related tasks as may be requested by management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Oversight and scheduling of service operations including routine services, breakdowns, and after-hours calls
2. Perform and maintain daily lot check to better manage workflow into shop, prioritize order of operation, and keep yard/lot organized and neat
3. Work in process management- Closing and approving technician work orders, including making sure the correct parts are charged out, labor is correct, and comments are entered

Job Title:
Automotive Technician / Mechanic
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
Drive manual transmissions vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
