Your New Role As a Delco Air HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for our residential and commercial clients, handling a range of responsibilities, including: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems and boilers Working independently to stay on schedule and deliver high-quality service Maintaining stock, tools, and safety equipment Communicating with dispatch for efficient scheduling Documenting system information and providing repair vs. replacement options to clients Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed HVAC decisions Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
