Checking and inspecting wheel bearings for wear and tear. Replacing or repairing worn or damaged suspension/steering parts, such as ball joints, tie rods, shocks, struts, springs and bushings. Operating computerized wheel alignment equipment to measure and adjust wheel angles, including camber, caster, and toe. From service and maintenance to system changeouts and diagnostics, we handle it all with integrity and craftsmanship. The Work You'll Do Service, troubleshoot, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits Perform seasonal tune-ups and system checks Install and replace HVAC systems (residential changeouts, additions, light commercial) Ductwork repairs and modifications Indoor air quality solutions (humidifiers, filtration, etc.) Diagnose airflow issues and system performance problems Basic control wiring and thermostat installs Work on systems in everything from 100-year-old homes to newer remodels What Were Looking For At least 3 years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field EPA 608 Certification (Required) Idaho HVAC license (Journeyman preferred) Clean, professional, and customer-focused attitude Valid drivers license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
