BASIC PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
Provide routine maintenance of vehicles in the yard.
Working environment may be wet, cold, freezing and/or may have sudden temperature changes. Repetitive lifting required. Weights vary depending on work assignments with a minimum of 50 lbs.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Safety and cleanliness of work area is mandatory and common areas
• Provide overall support for tasks unrelated to vehicle testing for department operations

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience in production support with Cable MSO service offerings
• Experience in leading team
• Experience in Production Operations Support in Video domain
• Strong Knowledge of STB and Video Domain - Docsis knowledge will be a huge advantage
• Experience in Cable and telecom domain, understanding of Cable MSO operations
• Very strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to perform complex work requiring broad technical knowledge
•Excellent communication skills and client interfacing skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
