Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform card adds or replacements, software upgrades, and associated testing.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Apprentice Level (Level I) - best for candidates who have a passion for learning and a willingness to train. Experience working in any related field is a plus, but most importantly an understanding of mechanics and the ability to fix a variety of products is needed.
Service Professional Level (Level II) - this is the sweet spot for anyone who has at least a year of experience in a related field and knowledge of the basic concepts of electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting. What You'll Do

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fleet Service Technician or Service Truck Operator is responsible for performing non-technical automotive service repairs, including all types of tire and wheel related services. This full-time position primarily services farms and businesses with our on-site fleet service truck. Must be able to perform all tire mounting and flat repairs on trucks, tractors, combines, farm and industrial equipment as well as passenger vehicles. Will perform these functions in our shop or at customers location.
Truck tire and on-the-farm and commercial tire service experience or education a plus. Will train.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Professionally performs non-technical automotive service repairs. Professionally performs all tire and wheel related services following Motorist Assurance Program guidelines. Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above Company standards. Documents services performed. Follows Company and manufacturer service guidelines. Follows safety rules and regulations. Regularly attends formal training to remain proficient in changing automotive technology. Maintains clean and organized service department. Maintains clean and organized warehouse, showroom and building exterior. Performs other tasks, based on the requirements and instructions of the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent - experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates. Physical Requirements: Good physical health including ability to frequently lift 60 pounds. Frequent bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, stooping and walking. Occasional climbing, crawling, crouching and reaching. Working Conditions: Required to work at varying temperature and humidity. Frequently subjected to vibrations, mechanical and electrical hazards. Atmospheric conditions occasionally include fumes and dust. The noise level may be high.
Licenses: Must possess valid driver's license.
