We are seeking a hands-on Production Equipment Technician to maintain and support high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance through corrective and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills, experience with production or insertion equipment, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and service bulletins to resolve equipment issues efficiently. Qualifications Qualifications: • Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment. • Ability to cut and issue keys, re-key, install and repair locks and hardware. • Records maintenance skills. • Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain pre-defined master key systems. • Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade. • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. • Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair both mechanical locking and electronic access control devices. • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. • Skill in utilizing building security and lock systems and procedures. • Maintain documentation of job orders. • Ability to program automotive remotes keys. • Clean driving record.
