Work assignments will be based on the overall skills of the Technician; however, this position is required to support any of the mechanical trade disciplines. Demonstrated troubleshooting ability with respect to electronic controls (prior experience with a Building Automation system is a plus). Ability to utilize electronic devices (i.e. tablet) and software for work order management and communication. Ability to work independently and as a team. The work schedule is year-round, full-time, flex schedule with forty (40) hours per week with a minimum of two (2) consecutive non-workdays.
