About this Position
Facilities Management is looking for an energetic, skilled millwright to join our team.

This employee will build, repair, or redesign parts for the OSU Stillwater Campus GU, Auxiliary buildings and Residential Life buildings. Make repairs to pumps, air handling units (AHUs), air compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, fans, and similar powered equipment. This employee will be responsible for ready blueprints, assembling parts, aligning and leveling equipment, using hoists and other lifting devices, welding, and performing rebuilds. They will need to be proficient in using various hand and power tools, rigging, and understanding mechanical systems.
Supports Mechanical Shops on miscellaneous projects. Must be proficient in the use of metalworking machines and tools to fabricate new machine components and repair defective components.
The employee in this position may be required to work overtime after 4pm, and shift work, including when the University is closed and/or other events after 5pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays when management deems necessary. the ability to perform snow and ice removal tasks and respond at any time of the day or night when scheduled by management, regardless of weather, will be required.
Perform other assigned duties related to operations, maintenance, and renovations to buildings and equipment, such as preventative maintenance, light duty carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other miscellaneous repairs and maintenance activities; and respond to emergency and urgent work.
Must use appropriate personal protective equipment as required (gloves, safety glasses, etc). These items are provided and not for personal use. this position regularly stands, bends, stoops, lifts above the shoulders, is heavy in manual labor, and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and in excess of 50 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Three years of experience in machine shop operations on various metalworking machines, mechanical seal repairs/replacement, bearing repairs/replacement, and welding, cutting, and brazing.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Have before hire and maintain after hire, a valid driver's license. A valid driver's license must be maintained for the operation of an OSU vehicle, which is required in the performance of job duties as assigned.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Ability to analyze mechanical problems and make repairs using good machine shop practices. Unique ability to make modifications when parts are obsolete or repairs cannot be made in conventional methods.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Oversight and scheduling of service operations including routine services, breakdowns, and after-hours calls
2. Perform and maintain daily lot check to better manage workflow into shop, prioritize order of operation, and keep yard/lot organized and neat
3. Work in process management- Closing and approving technician work orders, including making sure the correct parts are charged out, labor is correct, and comments are entered
4. Customer approval/communication on billable items, acquiring POs, sending estimates, and overall customer relationship management
5. Keep technicians on task and motivated- Assign work to techs based on skill and efficiency level
6. Ensure shop environment including work area, technician team, and shop tools are in compliant and safe condition; Assist with KPA safety inspection reports as required by management
7. Provide tech oversight and assistance, including diagnostic advice and additional support
8. Pickup and delivery of units and/or parts, making appearances at customer/vendor locations regularly
9. Keeping upper management updated daily on operations; This also includes communicating with Sales/Operations team as needed
10. Routine inventory audits/cycle counts as required by management
11. Perform repairs in shop as needed, able to fill in as Tier 1 Tech if necessary
12. Perform all other assignments as needed by management
CERTIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Class B CDL License
FMCSA Brake Certified
Proficient with all diagnostic programs including PTT, Insite, Bendix, and Allison
Proficient with TDP and all applications within- Impact, Vin View, UCHP, etc.
Profound understanding of Mack/Volvo/Cummins warranty schedule
Familiar with Enrich program and inventory management
Tier 1 Tech qualifications/skill level

Our Field ServiceTechnician II's primary responsibility is to perform complex repair work on all customer and company - owned medical equipment. As a Motorrad ServiceTechnician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles. You'll be at the forefront of innovative Motorcycle diagnostic technologies.
• Receiving and carrying-out Repair Orders as dispatched

Qualifications

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all
applicable governmental regulations.
Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting.
Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery or pickups as required.
Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.
Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Entry level sales, customer service background essential
One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
considered related experience and preferred.
Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
