Position Overview:
International House (I-House) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Building Operations Technician. Examples of Duties:

The EverClean Field Technician is responsible for tendering and piloting Greensea IQ's Hull Service Robot (HSR) in a safe and efficient manner. This includes component repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. Most operations will take place at major ports and harbors around the country and will require a significant amount of traveling. Responsibilities
Piloting and tendering remote vehicles.
Participate in familiarization and debriefing sessions prior to mobilization/demobilization.
Carry out Preventive Maintenance on vehicles per Greensea IQ's planned maintenance plan.
Evaluate system maintenance schedules and advise the Supervisor of any technical matters, needs, and upgrades.
Establish and maintain parts and supplies associated with all electrical and electronic devices.
