Ensure the normal operation of front-end equipment. Deal with equipment abnormalities in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all front-end equipment is functioning normally and perform necessary calibration and commissioning of the equipment. Conduct the commissioning of the equipment for qualified products based on requirements from production, quality and process. Perform routine maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation, make quick diagnosis and fix as much as possible when equipment malfunctions, or contact professional repair. Operate in strict accordance with the safety regulations of the check-in equipment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and be able to quickly take appropriate countermeasures in the event of equipment emergencies. Record abnormal data of each machine for data support for subsequent equipment optimization. Provide necessary technical support and training for new equipment personnel.
