Leadership & Mentoring Coach technicians/apprentices on diagnostics, code, and craftsmanship; provide ride‑alongs and skills check‑offs. Give input on scheduling, parts standards, truck stock, and training needs; support onboarding of new hires. Inventory & Tools Maintain truck/tool readiness; request replenishment proactively; care for specialty tools (press tools, analyzers, cameras, jetters, pumps, recovery machines, gauges). Minimum Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in commercial service (plumbing and/or HVAC) with advanced diagnostics; prior lead/mentor experience preferred. R&P Technologies is looking for Master technical skills and waterfront knowledge under supervision of a Lead Technician Level IV. Provide training to Technician Level II and I personnel.
