Summary

Duties

Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher on calls to be performed
Follow and abide by D&H United Fueling Solutions service call procedures
Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation
Meet response time parameters for repair types
Maintain a company furnished vehicle and inventory of repair parts
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions
Completing online and class-room training courses, including regular re-certifications
Follow all customer protocols and procedures including customers safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site
Communicate with warehouse personnel in order to verify inventory and replenish what is needed on truck
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1-year experience in petroleum related service, will provide training
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and customer relations skills
