Job Description The Fiber Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables in underground and aerial applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).
