This role is primarily responsible for performing HMC Change Over level maintenance for production/operations. Perform regular operations preventive maintenance and replace parts that need to be replaced during the changeover process. Contributes to ensuring safe working practices are followed and contributes ideas to simplify and standardize the workplace. Support to troubleshoot malfunction of the HCM equipment to operators as needed. Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumable parts for equipment. Monitor facilities and manufacturing operating equipment on a daily basis, notify maintenance leadership and direct supervisor the level of spare parts, equipment problems and inefficiencies and recommend possible solutions. Identify existing and potential operational problems and efficiencies. Maintain and organize the documents and procedures related to calibration, preventative maintenance and usage of logbook. Performs related duties as assigned. Follow the Company documents (BOM) when the setup is performed and during the shift, best GMP practices and safety regulations.
