This includes the technical running of live shows as well as other marquee events. Job duties also include working both individually as well as with a team and should anticipate working in all weather conditions. Responsibilities: Shows an emphasis towards safety when performing all job tasks assigned to them. Oversee technical equipment related to live shows such as audio, lighting, video and scenic effects while ensuring smooth operation of all elements relating to it. Prepare workspace and facilities for daily operation including but not limited to venue upkeep and cleanliness, show preparation, and special events. Perform maintenance of all equipment to ensure proper functionality as well as prepare and test equipment based on departmental needs. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Six Flag's policies regarding guest interactions by answering questions as well as providing directions. Assist with load-in and load-out tasks including but not limited to Fright Fest, and other events that require efficient thinking. Must have adequate availability including weekends, early mornings, late-nights, and holidays. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day over various surfaces Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently Must be able to lift and lower 25lbs above shoulder level. Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 16ft in height. Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. Qualifications * 5-7 years experience in property management, or, equivalent combination of education and hands-on training * HVAC Certified and 2 - 4 years of hands-on HVAC systems repair experience * Mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems experience of 2 - 4 years * Grounds management and quality control in multifamily or commercial developments * CPO Certification * Strong verbal and written skills * Willingness to travel 2 days per month and take direction from established leadership * Leadership skills * Customer engagement and relationship building results * Experience using basic computer operations including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS word and on site system for service ticket management and reporting * Professional apparel and overall appearance required. * OneSite knowledge and 'lease up' experience preferred.
