Able to read and understand mechanical and pneumatic prints Must be computer literate Operate material handling equipment, scissor lift and manipulating man lift Preferred- Experienced in welding, fabricating and pipe fitting. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
