Anticipated compensation for this role is $52,000.00- $72,800.00 per year plus benefits.

As a Forklift Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Forklifts. You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have extensive knowledge of Forklift systems.

Responsibilities
Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as fuel system replacement, oil changes, and brake pad replacements, Hydraulic cylinder repair, tune ups, diagnose break downs, Hydraulic hose replacement.
Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, brakes and cooling
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
3 Years prior forklift mechanical experience
Extensive tool supply
Clean DMV record
Willingness to work with others as a team
Strong customer service and communications skills are required
Commercial Truck repair experience a plus
