Summary:
This position supports the entire maintenance organization by training and assisting in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and PLC/automation issues across manufacturing and facilities equipment. Promote a safe and clean work environment by using appropriate PPE, following safety policies, and supporting cGMP compliance.

Utilize LEAN tools such as Standardized Work, 5S, Visual Management as well as leading Kaizen projects and documenting results to support continuous improvement projects
Identify and establish machine spares for equipment as needed
Continuously work to improve the level of housekeeping and implement 5S throughout the facility
