Essential Functions
Maintains up-to-date licensure and certifications required for position.
Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech, according to Angio lab policies and procedures and Scope of Practice documents.
Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.
Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff.
Develops specific knowledge about invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques.
Follows appropriate protocol for medical necessity, coding and charging, obtaining necessary consents, maintaining applicable QC (Quality Control) programs, and reporting any equipment failures or problems.
Provides appropriate patient education, ensures patient comfort, and address patient and/or family concerns.
Keeps accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and any adverse reactions or incidents.
Coordinates patient care and communicates pertinent information to other patient care providers following procedure.
At the end of the procedure, suture the sheath in place, or remove the sheath and apply pressure to obtain hemostasis.
Performs advanced interventional procedures including ablation procedures, stents, thrombectomy, embolization.
Orient new angio staff, provide teaching, coaching, mentoring and provide direct supervision as a defined preceptor.
Proctors other staff including specialized equipment and procedural techniques.

Position Overview:
NTI is seeking a Traveling Foreman with will lead a team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer quality standards while performing advanced fiber optic splicing and testing tasks. This role requires national travel to various project sites and combines leadership, project management, and technical expertise in fiber optic infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance with company/client standards.
Lead 2-3 crew members, optimizing skills and equipment use.
Act as primary liaison between Project Manager and crew.
Interpret customer prints to plan tasks and schedule work.
Hold daily pre-work meetings to align on goals and safety.
Verify construction and splicing work meets standards.
Complete phase-specific closeout documentation.
Document job progress with photos.
Maintain company equipment (vehicles, trailers, test tools).
Perform precise fusion and mid-sheath splicing on high-count fiber cables (864ct, 1728ct, 3456ct).
Conduct live fiber splicing during maintenance windows to minimize disruptions.
Install fiber optic cables in various environments (underground, aerial, indoor).
Execute OTDR/OLTS testing to assess cable performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve live network fiber issues.
Produce FastReporter reports for test and splicing documentation.
Operate Fujikura splicers and EXFO testers for low-loss splices and diagnostics.
Pull fiber cables through conduits/ducts for installations.
Support cabinet bolting and basket tray installation (preferred).
Safely operate scissor lifts for elevated work (preferred).
Comply with OSHA, IBEW Local, and NTI safety standards
Maintain a clean workspace and follow proper handling procedures for fiber optic materials and equipment.
Work Schedule and Environment
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting to project requirements.
Perform tasks during daytime and occasional nighttime maintenance windows as required by client schedules.
Stand for extended periods (8-10 hours per day) and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
xperience and Education
5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with related experience in construction and tower work.
2-3 years of verifiable experience splicing and testing fiber optic cables for dark fiber providers (e.g., Zayo), meeting stringent quality and performance standards.
3+ years of hands-on experience using Fujikura fusion splicing machines for high-count fiber splicing (864ct, 1728ct, 3456ct).
3+ years of experience performing OTDR and OLTS testing with EXFO testing equipment.
2+ years of experience producing FastReporter reports for network documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven ability to perform mid-sheath (ring-cut) splicing and live fiber network splicing with minimal service disruption.
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues on live/active network fiber.
Familiarity with cable pulling, cabinet bolting, basket tray installation, and scissor lift operation (preferred).
Strong written and oral communication skills for effective team and client interactions.

What you will do
Under minimal supervision, conducts preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning and general servicing of systems (including detailed troubleshooting of systems). Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interface. Diagnoses and repairs complex control systems malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write modifications in multiple languages of systems software.

Responsibilities:
Monitor andmaintainwastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to water discharge and environmental standards.
Perform routine inspections and tests on wastewater treatment equipment, such as pumps, valves, filters, and chemical dosing systems, to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with wastewater treatment processes and equipment, implementingappropriate correctiveactions tomaintainoptimalperformance.
Coordinate and oversee the disposal of waste materials and by-products generated during food manufacturing processes, adhering to waste management protocols and best practices.
Maintainaccuraterecords of wastewater treatment activities, including data on water quality, flow rates, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance, to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and environmental health and safety, to address wastewater treatment-related concerns andoptimizeresourceutilization.
Operate andmaintainutilities systems, such as boilers, chillers, compressors, and HVAC units, to ensureanuninterrupted supply of essential services for the manufacturing facility.
Conduct regular inspections of utilities equipment,identifyingand addressing potential issues or inefficiencies to prevent disruptions to manufacturing operations.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when handling chemicals andoperatingequipment, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Handle and manage the use of strong chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and disinfectants, following strict safety protocols and ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal to prevent any hazardous incidents andmaintaina safe working environment.
Participate in emergency response protocols and spill containment procedures to minimize environmental impacts in case of accidents or system failures.
