Duties include but are not limited to the following: Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, CRAC units, exhaust systems, and ducting. Troubleshoot and repair steam and hot-water boilers, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and associated piping. Maintain and repair controlled temperature units (CTUs), including incubators, refrigerators, freezers, environmental chambers, and stability rooms. Conduct maintenance on RO/DI water systems, including filters, tanks, distribution loops, and point-of-use equipment.
