As a Field Engineer you will be providing technical support to customer technicians, who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, debugging and maintaining products. You will also report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineers/software engineering. You will assist with customer installation and training and provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
