Cleans in-patient rooms daily.

Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services
* Support the tire maintenance program
* Perform service calls
* Wash and fuel equipment
* Perform other maintenance duties or assignments
* Provide assistance to senior technicians
* Lead the care and upkeep of the Maintenance Shop, grounds and all equipment and tools
* Maintain a clean, safe environment that complies with DOT, EPA, OSHA and Company standards
* Be proficient in paperwork and record keeping
* In conjunction with the Parts Department, assure that all necessary materials, parts, service/shop supplies are maintained at proper quantity levels
* Effectively handle special assignments as directed
* Able to maintain a quality hand tool inventory
* Skills to communicate professionally with operations and/or operators
* Able to participate at a high level of teamwork
