The **Facilities Technician IV** maintains and repairs the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, which may include plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. **Position Responsibilities** + Receives and completes daily Track-It facilities work orders which include, but are not limited to: minor electrical/lighting, plumbing, drywall, painting and ceiling tile repairs + Provides support on construction, repair, and maintenance activities such as landscaping, framing, modular assembly (cubicles), fabrication, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical + Supports all department moves, additions, or changes, including inter-office transportation + Operates a forklift to relocate materials and tooling + Utilizes aerial platforms such as scissor and boom lifts in order to repair equipment such as lighting and banners + Conference room / special event setup.
